throughout the year based on availability. Parents may contact

Our Admission Process
Step One - Come and Visit us
We are holding an Open House on January 31st 2010 after the 9:30 am Mass until 1:00 p.m. We invite all
interested parents to tour our school class rooms and meet our teachers.
School tours are available on a weekly basis.

Step Two - Submit an application
Parents may contact the school office (650) 593-4265 for an application form or download a
Microsoft Word version for Kindergarten here
or grades 1 - 7 here. Return the form
to us by mail, or email it to ihmschool@ihmschoolbelmont.com.
Kindergarten applications must be received no later
than February 5, 2010. Grades 1 - 7 applications are due no later
than February 12, 2009.
Step Three - Attend an Interview
Our Kindergarten interview will be held during February .
While your child is completing their activities, you will get the opportunity to
speak with our principal or vice-principal.
Step Four - Acceptance
We mail our acceptance letters in March.

Kindergarten and First Grade Ages
To enter Kindergarten, children must be 5 years old by October 1, 2010.
To enter first grade, children must be 6 years old by October 1, 2010.
